Resolve YES if Anna Kelly is the first new person to begin serving as White House Press Secretary after this question is published and by December 31, 2026, inclusive. Acting or interim service counts; an announcement or nomination alone does not count until the person begins serving. Resolve NO if another person begins serving first, or if no new person begins serving by December 31, 2026. Use official White House announcements and contemporaneous reporting from The New York Times as evidence.
